Our Team
LACTS is headed by the president and other elected leaders, including vice president, secretary-general, assistant secretary-general, financial secretary, treasurer, and Chaplain. The leadership is also assisted by Committees and advised by a five-person Board of Advisors. Constitutionally, all elected officials stay in office for two years and after which an election is held.

Miss Jocelia Jaywloh Taplah is a 2015 graduate of the Wuhan University of Technology where she earned a Masters of Engineering in Geotechnical Engineering. A Former member of the Liberia Association of Chinese trained Scholars (LSUIC) from 2013 to 2015.
Dr. Teyah Sackie Moore
Secretary-General
Dr. Moore holds HSK Levels 4 & 5 Certificates from the Shandong University, where he studied the Chinese Language from 2011 – 2012 and later obtained MBBS from the Central South University in China (2017).

A highly skilled Administrative Professional with excellent record of successful multi-tasking and customer service skills. Adept at directing small and large procurement & finance staff; able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
